A. SHIPPING COSTS + Tracking
Free Shipping On All Orders.
Tracking will be supplied within 72hrs of purchase
B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME
Orders before 3pm = Same day dispatch, Usually 1 to 3 days Guaranteed (Monday to Saturday).
Order handling time is 3 - 5 business day (Monday to Friday).
Generally, shipments are in transit for 7 – 14 days (Monday to Friday).
C. DELIVERY TERMS
We use the Royal Mail, DPD, ParcelForce or Evri to deliver the product. we can use Inpost by request
D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@1t1brands.co.uk.
E. CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
F. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

Orders from Direct Factory are usually between 10 and 20 days.

AAA+ Watches Warranty

Repair Warranty: AAA+ watches come with a one-week warranty for repairs, covering any issues that arise within one week of receiving the watch.

Exchange Policy: Exchanges are allowed within three days of receiving the watch. To qualify, the watch must be in brand new, unused condition, with all original wrappings and stickers intact. Watches that show signs of use, wear, or alterations will not be eligible for an exchange.

Accuracy and Power Reserve: These watches have an accuracy of ±3 minutes per day and a power reserve of 12-24 hours when fully wound.
Superclone Watches Warranty

Repair Warranty: Superclone watches come with a 60-day warranty for repairs only, covering defects in materials or craftsmanship occurring within 60 days of receipt.

No Refunds or Exchanges: Orders for Superclone watches are final. Once placed, they cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please ensure you select the right model and specifications before completing your purchase.
You can contact us at anytime for online support and after-sales service.
We will try to resolve the issue remotely. If the product is still unusable, we can resend or full refund it for you FREE.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee within 14 days of your order arriving, if your items arrive damaged, defective, or different from what you have ordered. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase has arrived, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Postage costs in the event of a return are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please note:
We reserve the right to refuse any return which does not meet the aforementioned criteria.
If you are unsure about your size, email us and we will be happy to help you with getting the right size. Finally, you can also request a photo of the insole measurement together with your QC photos to be 100% sure before they're dispatched to you!
